Dozer Days at Cabela’s in Post Falls Idaho was an amazing day for kids ages 2-12 to drive so many different types of “BIG” equipment.
Arbor Day at Finch Arboretum was filled with activities for kids and a compost fair for adults. We love our tree city.
Shadle Prevention & Wellness Coalition’s Drug Take Back event at North Spokane COPS Results: 9 cardboard boxes of medications received, weighing in at 150.65 lbs! 22 secure medication lock boxes were distributed and 83 adults and 5 youth were served.
Orchard Family STEM night was April 24 from 6-8 pm. It was a fun night of activities for everyone to learn more about Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.
Lakeside High School hosted the Science and Art night.
Earth Day was stormy and blustery but no matter the weather losts of groups that love our Earth were in Balfour Park to celebrate.

IWAC and KSPS produced six videos that provide an overview and exploration of the Spokane Valley Rathdrum Prairie aquifer, its importance to the Inland Northwest, how it works, how it can be damaged, and simple actions residents can take to protect and preserve the water from the aquifer.
