Shadle Prevention & Wellness Coalition’s Drug Take Back event at North Spokane COPS Results: 9 cardboard boxes of medications received, weighing in at 150.65 lbs! 22 secure medication lock boxes were distributed and 83 adults and 5 youth were served.
Orchard Family STEM night was April 24 from 6-8 pm. It was a fun night of activities for everyone to learn more about Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.

The Hearts of Gold parade is a staple of Valleyfest and continues to recognize those in the Spokane Valley who give back to the community with their “hearts of gold.”
EnviroZone provides FREE community resources and kids activities as part of Spokane County’s Interstate Fair. The fair is a ten-day event beginning the Friday after Labor Day each year. The Fair is held at the Spokane County Fair and Expo Center on the corner of Broadway and Havana, its location since 1952.
