Guest Speaker – Mark Solomon, Ph.D., Water Research Scientist, Idaho Water Resources Research Institute (IWRRI), University of Idaho, will present the Rathdrum Prairie Aquifer Water Demand study. Mark will detail the process and methodology by which Idaho purveyors file water right applications based on Reasonably Anticipated Future Needs (RAFN) as provided for by Idaho law.
