Public Comment – Environmental Performance Partnership Agreement

Interested parties are invited to review and comment on the Draft ECY & EPA EnvironPeformPartnerAgreeent 2014-15  between Washington State Department of Ecology and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for Fiscal years 2014-2015.  The 78 page agreement is available for public comment from May 1, 2013 through June 1, 2013.  Please Email comments to: ppacomments@ecy.wa.gov. or  mail comments to: John Ridgway, Department of Ecology, PO Box 47600 Olympia, WA, 98504-7600. 

The Agreement documents the contractual commitments between the Washington Department of Ecology (Ecology) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Ecology and EPA wish to make a good-faith effort to reach as many interested people, businesses, and organizations as possible to invite them to comment on this draft Agreement.
