- Potential Contaminant Source Inventory Update – data gathered from Modern, Model & Honeywell, model to be run early December, updated data & map format to be forwarded to SAJB contractors for PCSI update; meet Monday, Nov. 22, 10:00 a.m. Millwood Council Chambers
- Household Contaminant Disposal – October disposal event a bust, no appreciable increase in contaminants at Transfer Stations, no calls to RSVP for pickup; meet Monday, Nov. 29, 1:30 p.m. Pasadena Park I. D.

- PROGRAM LEADER REPORT – Julia McHugh
GUEST Speaker – Mr. Tom Agnew, Liberty Lake Sewer and Water District Board Member, to discuss issues common to drinking and wastewater industries.
2) ID/WA Aquifer study –Policy Advisory meeting November 9 at 3 p.m., Post Falls Library. Agenda: 1) update on the study, the work plan, the funding, etc. 2) public education/information; and 3) to discuss ideas about the larger public meeting for January 27 at Templins, at 6:30 p.m. Agenda: update on what’s been done already toward a bi-state aquifer study, what we’ve learned, what hydrogeologists and computer modelers are planning to do in the coming year, how the study’s funding looks, etc.
3) Aquifer Atlas reprinting – 3rd draft taking a bit longer, printing expected in December
4) The Spokane County Aquifer Protection Area Fees ballot item appears to have passed by a narrow margin. Ballots are still being counted, but it appears to have passed 51% to 49% (34,995 yeah 34,063 nay). There were 92,113 voters eligible to vote on the issue and as of 11/16/04 count 69,058 did vote. The Assistant Elections Manager said it was not a renewal of the item per se, but was redefined by county public works. It is ‘good’ for another 20 years.
