- Committee Reports
- ProActive Business – February IGC Business Visit report attached. Thank You letters to all 2003 participating businesses to include window decal & Small Quantity Generator Disposal guide. Continue sponsorship of two interns with Ecology, one with Camille Martin working on hospital contaminant disposal and one with Doug Allen on above & underground storage tanks, pipelines and abandoned wells
- Potential Contaminant Source Inventory Update – Final, final corrected version of inventory expected at end of March; Julia will redistribute hard copy and digital versions to Districts requiring corrections. Digital version of entire PCSI available to any District requesting it – call Julia
- Household Contaminant Disposal – Ice fishing TV spot ended Feb 29, Spring contaminant pickup by Aqua Duck TV spot airs March 15through April 15
- Education & Awareness – review of submissions to comic/color book artist solicitation; repurchase of SAJB giveaway items; research begun on Virtual Field Trip for youngsters
- Website – NOTE: total website sessions for February 2004 = 2678
- Emergency Planning – no news

GUEST SPEAKERS – Mr. Stan Miller and Ms. Reanette Boese, Spokane County Water Quality Management Program – presenting findings from contract water sampling performed for various SAJB water purveyors
a) Aquifer Atlas reprinting – next meeting rescheduled to March 30th
b) To update on the Coeur d’Alene River Basin-Spokane River cleanup further info: www.basincommission.com. The Washington Citizen Advisory Committee meets 2nd Thursday of month @ City Water conference room, 6:00 p.m.
c) Friends of the Aquifer – no news.
d) Volunteers needed for Earth Day booth, Saturday April 17th, 9:30a – 4:30p
e) Guest Speaker in April – Mr. Tom Grant, General Manager, Williams NW Pipeline to give an overview of pipelines, regulations, and general Operations & Management practices
