Let’s be honest, there’s a lot of anxiety going on, and it’s not just emanating from the halls of Washington D.C. In the Evergreen state, 2016 saw a “process” to develop a “process” to develop clean water guidance. That’s the equivalent of being told to shelter in place.
The purpose of the Idaho Washington Aquifer Collaborative (IWAC) is to work together to maintain and/or enhance water quality and quantity for present and future generations by developing management strategies which benefit the Spokane Valley Rathdrum Prairie Aquifer.
